Use of Google User Data

TimekeeperX uses Google APIs to provide features such as interview scheduling and meeting synchronization. If you choose to connect your Google account, our application will interact with your Google user data in the following ways:

Data Accessed

Our application accesses your Google Calendar (to create, view, and manage interview events) and your basic profile information (name and email address) to identify your account and sync meetings correctly.

Data Usage

We use this data solely to provide and improve our recruitment features, such as:

  • Scheduling interviews directly on your Google Calendar.
  • Generating Google Meet links for scheduled interviews.
  • Updating or canceling interview events as requested within the platform.

Data Sharing

TimekeeperX does not share Google user data with third-party applications, external services, or for any advertising purposes. Your Google data stays private and is only used within our system to facilitate the specific actions you request.

Data Storage & Protection

To maintain your connection, we securely store encrypted authentication tokens (Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens) in our database. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect this information from unauthorized access.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your Google authentication tokens as long as your account is active and connected to our Google services. You can revoke TimekeeperX's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security Settings. Upon revocation or account deletion, all associated Google authentication tokens are permanently removed from our systems.
